"The Elephant Charge" - African Elephant Painting

This elephant painting was a finalist in Wildlife Artist of the Year 2024. The painting was on display at the Wildlife Artist of the Year 2024 exhibition held at the Mall Galleries, London in July 2024. The piece sold at the exhibition with 50% of the sale price being donated to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation to support wildlife conservation.

This original elephant painting captures the sheer power and majesty of a bull African elephant on the charge. The energy fuelled scene embodies the strength and grandeur of these remarkable creatures.

ORIGINAL PASTEL ARTWORK

This original elephant painting has been hand crafted in chalk pastels on Pastelmat board by wildlife artist Naomi Jenkin. The artwork has been drawn with such detail and realism, that you’ll feel like the elephant is about the charge out from the canvas!

The size of the painting is A2 (59.4cm x 42cm).

The artwork is hand signed on the front, and is titled and signed on the reverse by Naomi Jenkin.
