SHIPPING

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Your artwork will be carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep with no additional shipping charges.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship my wildlife and seascape art internationally. For orders outside the UK, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping times may vary.

HOW ARE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

Original artworks are shipped flat, and are packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Artworks sent within the UK are shipped using a 24-hr courier service. All original artworks will be sent fully insured via a tracked courier service so you can keep up to date with your delivery.

HOW ARE LIMITED EDITION PRINTS SHIPPED?

Prints are sent rolled in a reinforced tube. You will be provided with a care leaflet explaining how to safely flatten your print and get it framed. You can also visit my Print Care Guide for more information.

CAN I COLLECT MY ARTWORK IN PERSON?

Yes absolutely. If you’d like to come and collect your art in person, just let me know. We can arrange a date and time to suit. Please note collections are by appointment only.

ORDERS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept various secure payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your privacy and the safety of your financial information.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY?

If you have a problem with your order, and you’d like to return it, please view my refunds and returns policy. I’ll happily work with you to sort out any issues and rectify the problem.

WILL MY ARTWORK COME FRAMED?

Unless otherwise stated, your artwork will come unframed and unmounted as standard. However, I can offer professional framing if you wish. Please let me know if you would like to use this service. More details can be found on my Framing Service page.

GENERAL

WHAT TYPES OF ART DO YOU OFFER?

I specialize in original wildlife art drawings and seascape paintings. I also offer limited edition giclée prints of all my wildlife art and seascapes. Both originals and prints are available to buy through this website. I also accept pet portrait commissions, including dogs, cats and horses. CAN I REQUEST A WILDLIFE ART OR SEASCAPE COMMISSION?

Yes, I welcome custom art commissions! I'll be happy to discuss your vision, preferences, and provide details about the commission process. Just get in touch. My wildlife art commissions page also has some useful information.

CAN I VISIT YOUR ART STUDIO?

Yes, you’re welcome to visit my studio and see my wildlife art and seascape paintings. Please note visits are by appointment only. I usually only have a handful of pieces in the studio at any one time, as they don’t tend to hang around for too long! When you contact me, I can let you know what I have available to view.

WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION GICLÉE PRINT?

A giclée print is a high-quality reproduction technique that captures the fine details and vibrant colours of the original artwork. Limited edition prints are produced in a set quantity, making them a unique and collectible addition to your art collection.

HOW CAN I STAY UP TO DATE WITH NEW ART RELEASES?

I have a monthly newsletter which I send out to my email subscribers showing what I’m working on, and announcing any new releases. I also occasionally offer promotions exclusive to my email subscribers. Subscribe to my newsletter to stay in the loop.  

IS YOUR ARTWORK COPYRIGHTED?

Yes, all my artwork is subject to copyright, and I retain the copyright for ALL the artwork I create. I never sell the copyright to my works. Even if you have bought an original drawing, the copyright still remains with myself, the artist. You may not under any circumstances reproduce my work. Copyright infringement is a serious crime, and I will take legal action against anyone who I find has illegally reproduced my work. Claiming ignorance of the law is no defence and copyright infringement carries hefty penalties.
